Sunny Isles Beach is located on a barrier island in between North Miami Beach and Miami Beach along A1A. The island is part of the Miami metro area and is a new city that was incorporated in June, 1997. The town of Sunny Isles is about twenty minutes north of South Beach and twenty minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale. It is considered one of the most beautiful beachfront communities in South Florida. Most of the Miami homes for sale in Sunny Isles are loctaed on or near the water.
