Gossip: March of 2001 Ricky paided $6,400,000 for a 7,082 square foot house at 5030 N. Bay Road that has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The swivel hipped singer sold the place for $10,600,000 just four years later making a huge profit.

Gossip: The seller was sister to Wayne Huizenga, Bonnie J. Hudson, as personal representative of the estate of Jean Huizenga, her mother. The new owner is API Florida II, managing member API FL Holdings, whose vice president is Monika S. Thompson. The home was listed by Ted Drum of Drum Realty for $5.995 million in May 2006.
